1. From SharePoint Admin centre, create a new site as a Communications Site
2. Ensure URL is <intranet>-<site> e.g. [Default Intranet Name]-[Site Name] or matches their standard
3. Once created, set the Hub association to match the rest of your Percy sites
4. Go into the site and Apply the site template Percy Outer Loop
5. If required, set the site logo to the same as the main Percy site
6. Update the site and hub navigation as needed (if not advised request)
7. For a department site ensure you update the Term Store, via the SharePoint Admin Centre. You should see a set called Percy > Departments, add a new term for the new department site here.
7. Go to Site Contents - Site Settings - Site Columns, scroll to the bottom you should see Perspicuity and Departments, there is then a field for 'Default Value'. If you click the labels at the side, it will open the term store where you should see the value you added.
