This webpart is part of the Percy Web Parts app which is included in the Percy site templates. If you do not see this webpart, add the Percy Web Parts app to your site.
For the Intranet to integrate and work in collaboration with Teams, we surface the Teams the user is a member of through this component so they can easily jump between the two.
There is no configuration necessary once you've added this to your page as its configured to automatically view the Teams you are a member of dynamically.
