How to use Percy Voice

Percy Voice is a tool allowing people to submit & vote on ideas

1. Go to Percy Voice in SharePoint. On the dashboard you will see:

- Top Ideas

- Recently Added ideas

- Ideas you may not have seen

- All submitted ideas

- The amount of votes you have left, and when your amount of votes will reset

- Your recent ideas and voted ideas

2. To submit a new idea, click Create at the top. Add a title, category and description, and click Create to submit the idea:

3. Once the idea is submitted, you can click View Idea to go to the page and edit it like any other page in Percy, including images and webparts:

4. By clicking on "View Idea", this gives you more options to jazz up your idea. You will notice when it opens, you will see an edit button appear in the top right corner, where you can edit your idea page and add further content such as imagery or video. Just make sure you publish your page once you've updated it.

5. To vote on ideas, click on the idea and click Vote. If you have multiple votes, you can vote on the same idea multiple times, or spread them out across different ideas. Votes are replenished monthly.

If you're a moderator, you will be able to see the "change the status of the idea" button to keep your colleagues updated.
