How to Use the Resource Booking Web Part

This is an interactive webpart that lets you book resources, ideal for things like desk booking.

1. When you first go to the page that has this webpart, you will see a diagram with interactable areas like so:
resourcebooking-use-2

- If there are multiple diagrams available, in the top left you will see a dropdown menu where you can select the different diagrams
- Above the diagram, you can flick through different dates
- In the top right you have different view options:

    -  resourcebooking-use-3  shows the diagram menu
    -  resourcebooking-use-4  shows a list view and the desk status
    -  resourcebooking-use-5  shows a summary of your upcoming bookings. You can also cancel them from here

On the diagram view, bookable resources will appear like so:
resourcebooking-use-1

- Desks which are already booked are marked as red. Clicking on these may show you who has booked out the resource, depending on how your admins have configured the webpart
- Hovering over an available resource will appear slightly darker, like desk 16. Clicking on the resource lets you choose whether you want to book the whole day or just the morning/afternoon, and what date you want to book for:

Once you have submitted the booking, you will see a message like so. If available, you may also have the option to add the booking to your Outlook calendar:

The List view works in the same way as the Diagram view, but shows all of the resources in a list, and whether they are available or booked out:
