When viewing a specific document library, you also have the ability to search directly within the library without retrieving results from anywhere else in the Intranet.
- To navigate to your Document Library, go to the site contents of the site in question.
- Click on the library you want to open.
- You will notice that the search bar at the top of the page has now updated and says "Search this library".
- You can now use this search to find documents within the library or even to search the contents of a specific document.
- At this stage, its displaying documents which match that word in the title. By clicking "Show more results", it will return a list of documents which include the word in the title or the word is in the contents of the document.
- If I was to click into the PowerPoint and then search within the application, I can find the word "Analysis".
