View Usage Data for Your SharePoint Site

Every Site in SharePoint Online has the ability to monitor usage. This is useful for site owners so they can see how often the site is being access and what time is most often used.

Note the overall Administrators do have the option to view more detailed usage but this is restricted to high level SharePoint Administrators.

  1. To get access to this from your site click on the 'Settings' and go to 'Site Content'.
