Before using Percy Voice, there is a small amount of configuration required.
1. Go to Percy Voice in SharePoint and go to Site Contents.
2. Go to the Voice Categories list. This list allows you to define the categories that can be selected when submitting new ideas:
3. Go back to Site Contents and go to the Voice Config list. Modify the value of the VotesPerMonth setting as you see fit. We recommend an amount that allows people to vote for multiple ideas, without inflating the amount of votes for a single idea:
4. Go to Site Permissions > Advanced Permission Settings, and add people to the Percy Voice Moderators group. Moderators can update the status of submitted ideas.
